Amanda Trought is our September Fodder School 4 teacher and she has designed a collection of beautiful stamps of women in collaboration with ArtFoamies! (check out her Instagram account @realityarts for some truly gorgeous eye candy).

Here's how Amanda describes her collection:

“ I am excited to have my female illustrations as ArtFoamies. These muses came through my sketchbook as I was reflecting on creative ancestry and the invisible threads that connect us to the women before us. I want them to feel like creative companions. They form part of a wider selection of muses that have stories to tell. I am Inspired by the adornment traditions of African women and the vibrancy of spiritual and cultural memory seen in their natural and traditional hairstyles both of Africa the Caribbean and global influences. Each figure expresses their heritage and has a regal nature about them radiating natural beauty, stillness and peace. They are meant to be printed, painted, stitched into, and explored not just as images, but as companions in the creative adventure. ”
